Every year, we celebrate a culturally diverse ESF community with incredible International Evening performances. The show features talented students and staff from ESF schools performing music and dance.

This is your opportunity to shine on stage and represent your culture. Sign up to participate and perform on stage or support the event as a volunteer or a booth host. Read on and learn more about our 2024 ESF International Evening hosted annually by RCHK!

 

Event details

Date: Friday, 18 October 2023

Time: 3.30pm – 8.30pm

Who is it for: All students from Years 1 through 13

Venue: RCHK Performing Arts Centre (PAC) & Livestream

 

PERFORMANCES
 

Performances can be, but are not limited to: music, singing, dance performances (group/individual), etc.

The performance should represent a culture/country of your choice.

All students (ESF/Non-ESF) from Y1-13 are eligible to perform.

 

AUDITIONS
 

  • An audition video (max. 3 minute long) must be submitted
  • Selected performers will be informed via email by the 5th of October
  • The deadline for application is the 30th of September, 2024

VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for students/parents to run game/activity stalls OR volunteer during the event!

  • Volunteers/stall managers will be required to attend prior rehearsal/setup
  • Location: PAC / Primary Undercover Area

Volunteer Eligibility: 

  • Volunteers: RCHK secondary students (Y7-13)
  • MCs: Y10-13 ESF students
  • Photographers: Y10-13 RCHK students

 

STALL / BOOTH:

Please fill in this form if you want to volunteer/host a stall

Stall Eligibility:

  • All RCHK secondary students (Y7-13)
  • All RCHK primary students (Y1-6) along with parent/guardian
  • All RCHK staff and parents. Parents/guardians are welcome to run their own individual stalls or with their child.

Stall Requirements:

  • Your stall & activity must represent a culture/country of your choice.
  • Your stall will be placed around the PAC during the event; whilst performances are held on stage.
  • Please provide your own materials for your activity/game and stall decorations representing your country/culture.
  • Submission deadline: 30th September 2024

Secondary’s students participation will be counted as S&A major or Creativity/Service short-term.
