Megan Jacques

Megan Jacques is a vibrant blend of French charm and Chinese heritage. A true adventurer, she thrives on unearthing hidden gems, indulging in mouthwatering cuisine, and sparking deep conversations about identity and culture. When she’s not shocking locals with her flawless Cantonese, she’s exploring the city’s best-kept secrets or savouring her latest foodie find. Equal parts culture enthusiast and storyteller, Megan is a living testament to the beauty of embracing multiple worlds with open arms.

Ryan Ng

Ryan enjoys lots of different things. In his free time, you can find him programming, working on mathematics, doing high school debates, producing music, running the school newspaper, and more. He can’t remember what he’s doing right now. But he doesn’t think any of us are defined by any individual role or hobby. We are the sum of our own lived experiences — the best thing about RCHK’s annual TED event is that it provides a rare window into these invaluable authentic experiences.

About TEDx
TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).
