Hydration Day Jan. 19

Hydropal is a student-led group participating in the Junior Achievement (JA) Company Programme, which aims to encourage youth to practice entrepreneurial skills through running real businesses. Hydropal was established with the mission of promoting physical and mental wellbeing within the community through hydration, and the students have created a smart water-tracking water bottle to help our community become more mindful of their hydration habits.

To promote their mission in the school community, the Hydropal group will be holding Hydration Day on Thursday, January 19! We invite you to join us in the basketball courts during secondary lunch and after school for fun carnival games, bake sales, and Hydropal merchandise.
Students will also be learning about the importance of hydration during PE classes throughout the week.
